OneGenAway is excited to partner with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) for a combined Mobile Pantry and MobilePack event that will feed families both locally and internationally on Saturday, Sept. 24.

This event is hosted by Grace Chapel in Franklin, organized by Visionary Media Group, and held in honor of the life of Nicole Marie “Niki” Cua, who passed away in March of this year. Niki was the daughter of Grace Chapel pastor, Rick Cua.

While volunteers usually help us set up and operate our Mobile Pantry from 7:30-10 a.m., this event will extend until about 3 p.m., as FMSC’s MobilePack event will begin just as our Mobile Pantry distribution ends.

Friends volunteering with us and receiving food from us should expect the normal mode of operation on Saturday morning — volunteers arrive at 7:30 a.m. to sort food; food distribution begins around 8:30 or 9 a.m.; all the cars drive through, trunks full with fresh groceries by 10 a.m.

After 10 a.m., volunteers are encouraged to migrate inside Grace Chapel to begin the MobilePack event. This event with FMSC will feed over 30,000 individuals in Ukraine.
